Rentals and Maintenance
We offer a rental and maintenance package that can be tailored to suit individual needs
To register on our database there is a one of fee of 8000 rupees this is to take photos, do a write up on the property and surrounding area, and to load it on to our website, Then there will be a yearly renewal fee of 4000 rupees
Commision is charged at 20% of rental income whatever the length of the rental agreement, with a minimum fee of £30 per booking per week.
We can hold your keys securely in our offices so in your absence we can handle all your properties requirements
We can do a meet and greet service at the airport, take your clients to the apartment, clean it prior to their visit, check it on their departure for any damage and then take them back to the airport and reclean the property ready for the next visitors, this service can be offered at the fixed price of 3000 rupees maximum four adults in one taxi.
Maintenance / Maid service packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, as they are charged on an hourly basis
For each visit there is a charge of 250 rupees including the first hours cleaning each subsequent hours will be charged at 150 rupees.
Any maintenance work required will be charged at invoice price plus 20%
