Beaches of GoaThere are over 20 beaches from North to South along the coastline of the Arabian Sea, including, Arambol, Morjim, Vagator, Sinquerim, Miramar & Vainguinim beaches, to name a few. Four of the most popular beaches on the northern coast are: Anjuna Beach As well as being a very beautiful beach, Anjuna beach is where it happens. A flea market every Wednesday with something for everybody. Parties at night, yes all night, with music and dancing till the early hours. Also surrounding the beach and if you want to get away from sun tanning there are many historical places to visit including the Albuquerque Mansion. This is definitely one property Goa boasts that you will not find anywhere else. It was built way back in 1920. The structure has a beautiful border made up of the octagonal towers, even the Mangalore tile-roof of the mansion is impressive. Candolim This beach is popular with the middle to older holidaymakers from the British Isles. It is a quiet resort where you can eat fresh seafood at the beach shack restaurant and just relax and soak in the beauty of the tropical sun. For places nearby to visit Fort Aguada makes for a wonderful trip back to the old days of Goa. Property here dating back to the birth of Goa. Calangute This beach area is known for it's scenic beauty, and is called the "Queen of Beaches" This beach reflects the true face of beaches in Goa. Property at the Kyle Gardens Apartments are approx 600 meters from this wonderful beach. Restaurants and bars are grouped around the entrance to the beach and mixed with the palm trees, soft sand and blue sea makes the beach a true tropical paradise. Baga This area is an extension of Calangute, a bridge over the River Baga takes you to a much quieter beach of Baga. This beach is a "not so crowded" and gets you away from the hustle and bustle. Baga beach is an extremely beautiful fishing beach where the Baga river reaches the sea. Whatever beach type you are looking for in Goa. Property here offers the same variety, making the choice as to which is the hardest decision! |
